Tiana Wolfley is the Bulgaria Program Director at Hand In Hand. She has been working in child welfare for nine years. She has a Social Service Worker license in Utah and is a Licensed Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner. She has a passion for helping children find families through the adoption process. Tiana enjoys kayaking, canyoneering, backpacking, and all things outdoors.
