MaryLee Lane founded Hand in Hand International Adoptions in 1974, establishing a legacy of more than five decades of distinguished service to children and families. Serving as the agency CEO for 53 years, her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment have kept the needs and well-being of children at the heart of the organization’s mission, helping children around the world find the safety, stability, and permanence of a loving family. Today, she continues to share her vision and experience as a committed member of the Board of Directors and a lifelong supporter of Hand in Hand’s mission as CEO Emeritus.
